Sudsy
Kills the action completely You might as well use a needle I just wanta play everyday despite small nagging injuries -- and go home to a woman who appreciates how full of crap I truly am. ~ Crash Davis Social Distancing since 1962

Morning Bite
There is a way to add lead. I have seen a few guys do it to increase the weight and keep the action. I do not have the time nor patience to mess around with it. If I find out how I will definitely post it on here. SET THE DRAG TO HATE AND PUNCH THAT FISH IN THE FACE. raybliu
I bought this loaded jointed Bomber from a flea market in Florida. It has a lead strip glued to the belly, right between the bottom lip and belly hook. It casts great and swims straight with a very controlled wiggle. So far I've only caught a few schoolies with it. I may load a couple more if I'm in the mood.

cheech
Never used a 17j, some other Bombers load well with #7or #8 lead shot from a shotgun shell. Tis better to remain silent and thought the fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.
