Romney Voter Fraud Or Not

Here in MA, they laws are pretty severe and the wording is very clear when it comes to voter fraud.

Fraudulent voter registration in Massachusetts carries a penalty of $10,000 and up to five years in jail.

MA defines residence as "where a person dwells and which is the center of his domestic, social, and civil life."

Romney voted in the special election for Scott Brown in January of 2010, so was he a resident when he voted?

Probably not, since Romney wanting to make a clean break with MA had already bought that oceanfront mansion in LaJolla, CA in 2008 and sold both his Deer Valley and Belmont house in 2009, he only had two houses left, the one in NH and the one in CA. He bought a condo in Belmont late in 2010.

But those were not his residence. His residence, according to voter records, was the basement of his son's house in Belmont, MA.

Throughout 2009 Romney lived in CA where he was at so many political events, people thought he was going to run for an office. He, if you remember, campaigned for Meg Whitman. All the time continuing to vote from his son's basement in Belmont.

Sounds like fraud to me.

Much adoo about insignifigant doo doo.

Nipsip, why don't you try to focus that scattered energy on the things that Obama has bailed to accomplish. Or the democart majority in the Senate letting the nation t rundle along rudderless for One Thousand Days with out a Budget?

Today is the day the Ship of State Capitaned by tan incompendent leader and crewed by a do nothing Senate. The Dems had total controll for 2009 and 2010 and couldnt cobble to gether a basic budget in two years.

And now while the House of Reps. is run by a majority of Republicans, the Senate refuses to acknowledge the many bills they have pass in a bi-partisan vote. Those bills inclue several attempts by the Reps and Dems in the House to get a budget up and running.

Instead of worring about where Mitt lives, maybe you should gaze at your navel lint a little more closely and see if you can stir the sidentary Senate to do their job.

so the black panthers and acorn are working for romney now?

There has never been any voter fraud ever committed by ACORN and not a single known fraudulent vote cast in any election via an improper ACORN registration despite the faux news on FAUX News.

Not so with Republicans like Ann Coulter, the head of the GOP's California voter registration firm Mark Anthony Jacoby, and, Indiana GOP Secretary of State Charlie White.

Yep, ACORN is clean. Remember, a Lie repeated often enough, is still a Lie............

How about a few of those 'Never Been'........

In Milwaukee, former ACORN worker Maria L. Miles, who worked with Clancy, pleaded guilty to “falsely procuring voter registration.” She will be sentenced next month.

Also in Milwaukee, Frank Edmund Walton was convicted of “falsely procuring voter registration.”

In Washington state, ex-ACORN canvasser Kendra Lynn Thill was convicted of voter registration fraud and given a 12-month deferred sentence.

In Miami, Florida, former ACORN voter registration canvassers Maurice Childress, Kashawn John, Liltovia Rhodes, Carlos Torres, Evangeline Williams, Lilkevia Williams, and Richard Williams, were all convicted of “false swearing in an election.” All were sentenced to probation, community service, and forbidden to participate in political campaigns, In addition, Childress and Richard Williams were ordered to serve 72 days and 125 days in jail, respectively.

In Pennsylvania, former ACORN workers Alexis Givner, Mario Grisom, and Eric L. Jones, were convicted of voter registration fraud-related offenses. All three were sentenced to two years probation.

After pleading guilty to voter fraud in Las Vegas in April, ACORN will be sentenced Wednesday for participating in a massive conspiracy.

The vote of Darnell Nash, one of four people subpoenaed in a Cuyahoga County probe of ACORN’s voter-registration activities, was canceled and his case was turned over to local prosecutors and law enforcement, Board of Elections officials said yesterday.
