biggestsquid
In responce to my tire thread a couple of you lucky guys have mentioned what you run on your Quigleys. Since my dream of having one may never be more than that --- how bout showin us what you got? If you don't mind -- an interior and an exterior shot. If I win the lottery I want some ideas. JPO
I bought mine brand new in 1984, runs great. Gas mileage isn't the best. We are reworking the interior this winter.

Bucktail Pete
Here's mine. I kept it simple so if I needed to convert it back for other purposes, I could. I have since removed the cooler rack.[img=http://www.stripersonline.com/image/id/2878811/width/600/height/450' alt='450'>

Bucktail Pete
I too wanted one for the longest time, like 15 years. When I bottomed out a couple of times with my Ford explorer I decide to start searching for 1. I found mine at a stocking Quigley dealer in NJ. Got a great price and I bought it new in 2009. Best move I made. Pete
junkmansj
inflator tank under the rack is very nice
Bucktail Pete
Junkmansj, Unfortunitly the tank did work well there. At the time, I didn't realize that the CO2 tank needed to be upright for it to work correctly. It is now mounted upright attached to the 2x4 on the rear of the rack in the rear of the truck. drysuit2
My friend has a Sportsmobile with a pop up top. Being able to stand up when you are changing, vs. Stooping is a great add on.
BrianBM
Bucktail Pete, just looking at that blanket, and the idea of being able to stretch out and sleep full-length ... aaahhh, luxury. And all the nice rods safely inside. Sportsmobile? What's that? Post a picture, or (better still) invite your buddy to do so.
M1911
Sportsmobile? What's that? Post a picture, or (better still) invite your buddy to do so. I think they actually use a Quigley conversion 4x4 van as the start of a van-sized RV: But when I look at pictures like this: All I can think about is that unprotected pumpkin getting smashed on a rock. Not likely on the beach, but that sure looks vulnerable for general offroading.
