Baked Seabass, shrimp, sliced tomato, zucchini and summer squash with some lobster bisque.

I'm stuffed :)

food coma, that looks good dave, not a big fan of seabass, I found it chewy to my taste, everything else looks delish,

I have never had " chewy " sea bass either.... may be what was served to you had been cooked too long? If you wouldnt mind, could you tell me how you put your bisque together? That looks delicious:drool:

Actually that came from a friend who is a Chef. He was cooking it I just went to the restaurant and picked it up. :)

 

And yes you have to cook the seabass just until it turns white no longer I do 20-25 minutes @350.
