Had a bit of a problem waking up this morning so my fishing

plans had to be adapted somewhat.

Instead of the river in Germany I decided to visit the marina

at the town I work in.

In fall and winter loads of fish seek shelter in the deeper and

calmer basins.

Among them are pike and my main target, yellow perch.

The water was clear but again it was late in the day and

sunset was not far away.

Tried my luck in the last light and caught a couple of small

Yellow perch.

Noticed that the end of one channel housed a lot of shiners,

could not hook into the predators though.

At least I got out and caught a few fish
