Don't forget are "Peasant Prince"

 

Kosciuszko was a prince of tolerance who stood up for the rights of European serfs, African Slaves, Native American Indians, Jews, Women and all groups that were disenfranchised. Even Thomas Jefferson called Kosciuszko, "The purest son of liberty I have ever known."

They named a bridge after him in Albania. I have long referred to it as the "Thaddeus Polish Guy Bridge"

i drive over it a couple times a week & under it every weekend duck hunting ! it is sometimes referred to as the dolly parton bridge

 

My college girlfriend lived in Latham, so I drove it fairly regularly, plus all the drives to the Catskills, Florida, NC, etc., from VT. ****** traffic there in Albania.
