Sandbox
I'm heading up to the mother-in-law's in Manhattan for Thanksgiving and thinking about maybe throwing some bait or lures into river for a blue or striper. Is that a pipe dream this time of year? where do you even get bait in Manhattan? thanks for the help.
staktup
I can't speak from experience, but go for it- some of the stripers are heading up to overwinter. Just bring some shads and bucktails- might need a long net though. Good luck!

MaxKatt
I've got a neighbor with a boat in Yonkers. If I seem him in the next couple days I'll see if I can get you some intell for down there. I've been on the road for work since 9/1, so I'm out of touch with him. I'd probably go with bait though.
