The outcome was better than the opening day for sure. Got to the beach two hours before the top of the High and the water condition was ideal, was able to launch the snare out over the breaker and the first few cast ended up with nothing and i was starting to have doubts about the day. But nevertheless, right at the switch of the tide, thats when thing starts to happen. snared my first dungie about 6 1/2 incher and the second pull was another 6 1/2. until the 7 or 8 pull thats when i landed the Hugh Monster the Grandpa Dungie. Every now and than, many shorts were pull and released. Fantastic Day.
