I'm sure we do.

RW doesn't seem to be a radical right winger,

I'm a moderate Dem,

we probably have more in common than he'd want to admit.

I think that's why so many strawmen get created.

it must be uncomfortable for him when he agrees with a Democrat.

I dunno. You all fight worse than me and my wife!

Don't you have ANY common ground?

I actually think there not that far apart on a lot of issues..

A little to either side of center from what I can tell.

I think they just enjoy the sport to be honest. :)

Frank and I would never fight if he could ever learn to admit when he was wrong. I sure won't fight about something if I know I'm wrong, so the solution here is simple. I'll keep waiting patiently. That's how I roll.

I have no problem admitting when I am wrong,

you on the other hand,

I can honestly say I don't think I have ever seen you make such an admission,

"We should argue about who has started more Global Warming threads today" was an improperly constructed sentence in which you wrote something other than what you meant.  You could not even own that slight an error,

and instead babbled about taking it out of context.

you also post more about emotions and what you think other people are thinking,

you can't be wrong about what you feel and what you claim other people are thinking.

well you can..... but it's damn hard to prove.

"I don't believe that RW"

"yes you do"

"yes you do"

It wasn't poorly constructed. Gramatically correct. No dangling participles. No ending with a preposition. Subject verb and predicate intact. Meaning clear enough in context since the number of global warming threads started that day at that time was only one. It was only ambiguous if you wanted it to be and you intentionally took the wrong meaning just to have something to argue about, refusing to accept the correct meaning even after I stated it. Your willingness to assign positions to other people just so you can have something to argue about drives everyone nuts.

I will always admit when I'm wrong. I'm just not wrong nearly as much as you'd like me to be. :p

Good luck with this MDH. It ain't just FnM. There's several others including myself that RW struggles with. Personally, I don't hold any grudges and any issue I've had with RW has been in the here and now and almost always revolved around him telling me what I believe and then not accepting clarification (what was that about not admitting when wrong - lol).
