Thats a different scenario.  People open the bail and let the fish swallow that whole setup.  

It doesn't happen nearly as often with a plug.  I can't believe they banned treble hooks on plugs.

I used mostly Wullf lines . I haven't kept up to well on the latest and greatest though. Bout all I can say is I had no complaints using the Wullf lines .

You can still snag a pogie using a weighted treble and then transfer to a big circle, no? I bridle using a rubber band through the front of the eye socket.

Yes you can, but most would just snag and drop with the snag
