Black fish fillets

I too had this questions as i have a freezer full of them. I am not tryin to be mean but use the search and look for "tog" "blackfish" and you should see many threads pop up all about tog eatin

lightly poach until they are just cooked through then let them cool, flake the meat apart and toss with chopped celery, parsely, evoo, fresh garlic, lots of lemon juice and s&p to taste served cold it will be the best seafood salad you can ask for.

marinate 2 hours or so in a mix of minced garlic, kosher salt, white pepper, ginger, soy sauce, and dijon mustard. wrap in foil with excess marinade and cover with finely chopped parsley. throw it on the grill over medium heat until done (probably 10 minutes or so). leave wrapped in foil for 2-3 minutes after pulling it off the grill. then plate each filet however you'd like ,and sprinkle with more chopped parsley.
