When I was down on the west coast of FL, I went into a tackle shop in the Port Charlotte area and was told that if I pronounce the second part of Boca Grande 'Graund-aye', I'd be giving myself away as a tourist. He says the locals just say 'grand' (as like in 100 grand in cash)..with all the Hispanic influence down in that area, I find that really hard to believe...can someone clarify that?

"Big Mouth"

Also an accurate description of some of the locals, male and female.

Also known as "Jesus Pass".

So many boats during the Tarpon runs that you can walk on water.

You should do it (once) to say that you have.

More fish broken off trying to get around knuckleheads than anywhere I've ever seen.

"YA-HOO!"
