these came with a bunch of other practically useless things from a garage sale and was wondering how theyd work as a teaser, i know the hooks wouldnt nearly be stout enough but i cant think of another use for them

right but how often do your teasers get hit, i thought teasers were to stimulate fish to feed when they see other fish feeding and that the main bait ie the plug,bucktail or what ever would get hit more often since its larger and would provide more nourishment for the energy expended

Not necessarily. The teaser with gulp or squid strip gets hit quite often whether your fishing from shore or in a boat, and almost always seems to get picked up on the lift.

Last fall, if you didn't have a teaser above your diamond jig you might as well be building sand castles. Almost all of my bass last fall came on the teaser.

Mainly the teaser, but more than a few times you'd have one on the teaser and one on the AVA.

cut the eye of the hooks off or pinch the barbs down and pull the hooks out and replace em with a good saltwater hook or just use em as a teaser for fluke

exactly! take the hook out and replace it with a single hook vmc, it would be killer.
