Put the hooks on and leap into the Ditch. You will probably be the first to land a striper with mouth to hook respiration.biggrin.gif On the other hand, if you meet something big it has been a pleasure reading your posts.

Dan good call. it does work well. You can by a box of straws for about $1. If you are doing a lot of work, change straws now and then as moisture does build up in the tube and too much moisture may affect the clarity or cure of the finish.

I use a bic lighter but dont get it too close for too long or you will be brushing out soot. or worse hitting the whole batch with a fire ext.

started using a straw

 

never looked back

 

occasionally blow through the straw in to a paper towel to free it of moisture from breath though or get a drip on your etex once in a while
