I just use the one that is on IE........

Only issue with it is if I do a check and then add to a post after the check, hitting certain keys make some strange things happen, as if I was holding the ctrl button....headscratch.gif

Why don't you goobers just learn to spell correctly? tongue.gif

Just this morning there was a headline in my local paper "Gun shone in convenience store robbery"

Gun shone?, and these are supposed to be journalists?

I see more spelling/grammar mistakes in newpsrint today then ever before, if spell check highlights a mis-spelled word and it is accepted as correct, then it will be mis-spelled forever after - garbage in, garbage out!

True, but it is still a nice feature I belong to another forum (non fishing related) that has it. It's convenient.

It is possible that the use of "shone" is correct.

The journalist could be writing about a shiny gun used in the robbery; a gun that shone.

^^^

The spawn of ever-lowering standards but not entirely; journalists report that cost-cutting measures have reduced the number of live human proofreaders.
