To the lefties on this site who thought this guy was funny and a kind of "hero"...here he is in all his glory and his POV. How do you like him now?

 

Iraqi Shoe-Thrower Calls Obama 'Black Dog'

 

Muntadhar al-Zeidi detested the US and planned the attack on President Bush for months. Al-Zeidi also is a supporter of terror imam Muqtada al-Sadr.

 

In a recent interview shoe-chucker Muntadhar al-Zeidi told Egyptian TV that Obama is no different than Bush.

 

"Away goes a white dog, and along comes a black dog."

the imagery was funny,

but "hero" denotes something else,

I'd be shocked to see any "lefty" on the site supporting an attack on a US President, even if the weapon was a shoe.

 

yes it was funny to watch him play dodgeball at the podium,

but it's funny ONLY in context, (that being he wasn't harmed and it was only a shoe)

 

but that being said, ANY attack ona President should be met with VERY seriously, including Pies and squirting lapel flowers.

I know I was totally against it so dont care enough to search it out, but I do remember a discussion here. I do think some thought it was funny, not all though and probably not most.

 

 

I defended Bush for the same things I defend Obama for now. Seems many changed gears once a new Pres was in though...

Personally.....Bush/Obama......same guy. They are just failing in different and new ways. Gratz to both of them.
