And let's remember that we're celebrating the glourious day that we told King George and the Eurotrash to get their asses out and stay out because we were sick of their sorry-ass style of government. For people who like that style of government, Europe is just an 8 hour flight across the Atlantic.

I don't think the current style of Government in England resembles what it was when we kicked them out all those years ago.

Elana Kagan refused yesterday to acknowledge the sanctity of this document, so why don't we. Abe Lincoln, in one the few things I agreed with him on, said he believed the Declarations' affirmation of the laws of man superceded those of the Constitution, and that the Constitution was more like a "Users Guide" to the Declaration:

Your current style of government is an exact replica of Englands - upper and lower chambers, speakers, whips; a constitution and Bill of Rights that are based on ours and even the SJC applied the English Right to bear arms to the Chicago Gun Control case.
