I just got this from a friend and it's an absolute fountain of valuable information. It looks like you can ask it just about anything and come up with a ton of resource material. It's a little bit too hard to explain, just watch the video introduction and don't forget to close your mouth after your jaw drops open by the time it's finished.

Watch the Introduction first (a little long but worth it):

Then save the site in your favorites:

Then play around with it. It?s amazing what it can tell you.

View PostWhen you ask it to do complex derivatives it often spits out "no answer"...

It is work in progress. They are covering things that hardly anyone would want to know first and then they will get around to the popular stuff like complex derivatives.wink.gif

The site will get slammed then. The server will be overwhelmed.cwm27.gif

Yeah, pretty much sucks, has no idea how fast an unladen swallow fly's nor the ultimate answer to life, the universe and everything. Scott

Actually Calculus students have been using it since Sept 09 and earlier.. it gets you to a certain point in the problem and THEN YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR BRAIN cwm31.gif Totally useless for Matrices in Linear Algebra.. beatin.gif

Psh notoriously unreliable with convergence divergence tests, integrating rotational curves to solve for volume, blah blah
