Supreme Court Rules For Gun Rights

So does this mean that all law abiding citizens will have the right to keep and bear arms?

In other words, will Massachusetts have to get rid of its current laws? Laws which say (almost literally)..."Only the rich and politically connected, can bear arms".

In the PRM (Peoples Republic of Massachusetts), the requirements for getting any form of "Concealed Carry" permit are up to the local police chief. He can make up any rules he wants. He can change those rules at any time. And he can deny (or revoke) any permit for any reason. Or for no reason.

(And by the way, you need a "Concealed Carry" permit just to own a shotgun which can hold more than 5 shells).

If you wish to own even a single shot .22, you will need several hundred dollars, at the minimum.

And you must be willing to submit to being photographed, fingerprinted, and registered with the CHSB (Criminal History Systems Board)...

In other words, CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information).
