Professional Grade Proof/ Warmer Cabinet in good shape needs new "tires" Everything else is 100% functional. I used this only a few times for catering and it's been sitting around since. Will e-mail pics if serious. Asking $400 pick up in Staten Island or buyer coordinate / pay shipping.

Ralph, is this a cambro on wheels or is it a SS cabinet that has a heat source. Got a photo? Scott

I haven't gotten a chance to take pics yet. Will do over the weekend. It's an aluminum unit with a heat source on the bottom. About the size of a refrigerator.

OK, not quite what I could use.

What are you going to use it for? I used it to hold foods hot before serving. You could do some low temp cooking in it too if you wanted to, but it's a large commercial grade unit.

I hold with the cambro's. But it sounds a bit large to toss in the back of the truck and leave in the shed. The cambro's I can go hot or cold. Good luck!
