Tiderunner2
Brian, Thanks. I got the idea about 5 years ago while fishing RM when my plastic buckle broke in a pounding surf. I dropped my boga, VS pliers and my manley cutters, never to be found again. After that I went to the SS buckle with a Velcro back up. Fishoholic
I use this setup when I wear my wetsuit, for waders just sub the poly belt for my wading belt. The only thing I actually had to buy for the whole thing was a brass grommet set. I can fit a half dozen eels in ziplocks and, plug in a tube and a little terminal tackle. The bad was originally a 6pack cooler
WoodyCT
Surprised so many don't have a knife at the ready. Bait is for old men and little boys... real men plug.
jdr724
This year was my first using a belt with the stainless compression buckle and heavy duty 2" dive webbing. To me, way better than any doubled over velcro/plastic buckle clip. -100% positive closure -Quickly adjustable for waders, drytop, jeans at the canal or a big dinner without all the hassle of velcro and readjusting -Holds alot of weight without bunching up: double barrel bag full, pliers, 60# boga, AS bucktail pouch full -Because it's only one layer thick instead of the double over velcro, you can easily slide your belt accessories from front to side to back without having to wrestle getting it over the doubled up section. -Buckle and webbing = $22 -Shoemaker heavy duty box stitch sewing = $

Leatherface
Wow.. Some really cool setups! Definitely have my work cut out for me! Looks like most of you don't use the belt that comes with the waders. I guess with all the gear, you do need something a little stronger.
