Lilly Pads

4 posts in this topic

I was talking with a new neighbor who moved into a house on a lake. He owns the land up to a couple of feet before the lake, but not the actual lake frontage. He said that he had a "really big lilly-pad problem," but was "taking care of it by chopping them out and spraying!"cwm13.gifshakehead.gifheadscratch.gif (The lake is not weed-bound, but has always had lilly-pads at "his" end.) I asked whether he was aware of the lillies prior ro buying? "Sure, but they stagnate the water and he doesn't like them!"

I paid a little visit to the owner of the lake who was unaware.
