Ravioli stuffing

I'm sure all you got is recipes for ravioli with cheese unless he requests ravioli with teh ghey he is out of luck

The classic cheese filling is ricotta, parmigiano, eggs, salt and pepper. If you are using a Polly-O type mass produced ricotta, I would drain it overnight in a sieve or colander prior to making the filling. I'd probably still drain it even if I were using one of the "fresh" ricottas available.

 

But people put whatever they want in their ravioli. If you are the adventurous type, make fillings and experiment.

Things that come to mind:

mushroom

basil

sage

marjoram

cooked chicken

cooked short ribs

pancetta

proscuitto

sausage

duck confit

spinich

sun dried tom

olives

fancy kinds of ham

smoked sausage

pulled pork holy crap imagine that mmmmm

cheeses of course

lobster

crab

 

can you put it in ur mouth? if so you can put it in Ravwink.gif
