WTB 7ft Kayak casting rod

I have a ABU 6500 C3 that I am looking to pair with a 7ft rod for striper fishing/fluke from my kayak. I'd like something meadium/heavy to heavy action. I am in CT.

Strong 2nd on that recommendation. The 6'-6" MH version is tops with plenty of backbone but flex enough at the tip for lighter baits.

 

Make sure the butt cap will fit into your rod holder though. With my SS Perko's it's tight. BTW, I have it paired with an ABU 6500 as well.

I have a STAR Delux 1 pc 7 footer that would work nicely

 

Model # 23CCT cork wrap, fuji reel seat 18" from bottom to reel seat.

 

Newrly new condition. Great caster I have two really only need the one.

I use it casting for bass and baiting fluke. Would team up very nicely with a 6500
