I believe I have this rod and will sell/ship to you. I know that I have the 7' Premier Surf. I just need to be sure that it's the action that you're looking for. Yes. My rod is the PSRS70M. Ratings are 7' Medium Power, Mod-Fast Action, 8-17lb, 1/2-2oz.

 

Rod looks brand new (no nicks, scratches etc.). Retail is $150.
