This IS rock n roll. Where do you think the music we love came from?

One of Robert Plant's favorite acts when he was growing up

Oh stopit!

I mean it, that is one of the genres where "our music" came from.

Memphis Tennessee.

Blues guys from Mississippi

Gospel singers from West Memphis.

Jazz players from Kansas City

Country crooners from Nashville

Irish mountain music from Southern Virginia (the guitar solo)

Island drums from New Orleans.

BOOM-Buddy Holly.

No its Gospel ,

just because Rock n Roll may have some Blues , Gospel Roots, etc

That Does not CHANGE the original Genre of Music that Rock n Roll took pieces of to become what it is today . cwm15.gif
