fyi-should be noted that I was raised Christian and am independent as far as my voting goes

I cant even remotely imagine the world in which it becomes 'christian' where by I love thy neighbor, as I simutaneously order(policy) their goods to first , be coveted, then to be stolen and then redistributed as man sees fit....

It would be great if the social programs worked. Not to mention that all Christian charities work off voluntary donations.

View PostWhat exactly is anti-Christian? What does the Democratic party do that is anti-Christian?

It's been a long-standing issue. Here's an example.

Business on the floor of the House was halted for 45 minutes yesterday after Rep. John N. Hostettler (R-Ind.) accused Democrats of "denigrating and demonizing Christians," prompting a furious protest from across the aisle.

The House was debating a Democratic amendment to the annual defense appropriations bill that would have required the Air Force Academy to develop a plan for preventing "coercive and abusive religious proselytizing."

Some of their favorite philosophers sure didn't have any use for it:

Religious distress is at the same time the expression of real distress and the protest against real distress. Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, just as it is the spirit of a spiritless situation. It is the opium of the people. The abolition of religion as the illusory happiness of the people is required for their real happiness. The demand to give up the illusion about its condition is the demand to give up a condition which needs illusions
.

Washington State Democrats Market Anti-Christian Bumper Sticker

December 14, 2005 -

Before being exposed to public scrutiny, the official web site of the Washington State Democrats was marketing magnetic car stickers that defame Christians. The sticker shows a fish with the flames of hell in the background, a tilted cross sinking into the flames and the words "Hypocrite" superimposed over it.The bumper sticker was removed shortly after a weblog exposed it to the world. WorldNetDaily captured a screen shot of the original page. The Democratic Party web site also sold an anti-war bumper sticker, "Give Peace A Chance" and a pro-homosexual bumper sticker (with the Queer Nation rainbow flag) that says, "Support Diversity."

Sorry, but I don't see how that is anti-Christian.

I vote yes. The Dems seem to fit the bill. Thought police, anti-christian social engineering and abusive authoritarian government. Yes the Democrats manifest and promote the spirit of antichrist.

1Jn 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

Reliance on God is christian, enabling others via handouts is "playing God".

Gvmnt social programs isn't loving thy neighbor.

Playing Robin Hood isn't Christian.

Taking from the rich to give to the poor isn't charitable.

Socialism goes aginst Gods will.

Sounds like Richard Dawkins' book "the God delusion".

Dawkins came to the USA to help democrats in the election against Ronald Reagan. Typically made a complete fool of himself.

And democrats say "who us? "......... yeh right.

They implicate themselves.
