Backyard Playground

So when we moved into the new house this fall I promised the kids a backyard playground with the slide, swings...rockwall etc. Like most things...removing trees, renovating a 100yr old + house...I have been behind schedule.

So the question is....can you put one of these things up properly when the ground is frozen?

I figured the upside is they are cheaper in the winter...the downside would problems arise when the ground thaws in spring.

Anyone have any experience with this matter....any good recommendations for places that sell playgrounds in Northern NJ or Southern NY?
