Nessmuk
Of course they are. But I doubt there's a one of them that wouldn't find a way to resent our involvement eventually if the administration did more than it's allready doing. Iran still doesn't have the internal support for regime change that Iraq did, or the national security imperative that Afghanistan had, to merit our intervention. Much as I'd love to see that regime destroyed, the time is not right for us to get involved, and playing around on the margins will just bite us in the arse. More people in Iran have to articulate the type of gov't they want, and get more support for the idea before meddling is a wise move for us. dogboy
If there is any truth that the young people of a nation are it's future, then it would appear as though that regime exists on borrowed time. 70% of iranians are under thirty so you might be quite right
Moonpool
Obama has not been in office long enough to have any effect on policies in the middle east and around the world! In fact Obama has no plan at all! Ok opine!
Little
Dick Morris made a real good point on this thing: after looking at 4 or 5 situations just like this one, Obama's ratings go up only if he attacks Iran, or at least screws them hard to the wall, ratings slide if he stays on this course. Can't wait to see what he does. “My happiness is not the means to any end. It is the end. It is its own goal. It is its own purpose.” Ayn Rand
