It's in the Tavern, Random Images...

 

Robert Moses- parked near the waters edge at low tide, got ****faced. beers.gif

Water moved the truck at high tide since he didn't.cwm33.gif

Cops showed up, he got rowdy, cops gave himbeatin.gif

 

Think they cited him for environmental pollution among other things.cwm27.gif

I would guess the force of the surf would have torn off the anchors in the camper, esp once the wood they are screwed to got wet and soft.

 

Some of those quick release tiedowns probably wouldn't last too long in a rolling surf either before they opened.

you guys ever see thepower of moving water? No way that camper stay on no matter what the tie downs used are.

 

This is just sad, its stuff like this that hurt access issues.

i don't know. I figured those tie downs gotta be pretty secure to hold a swaying camper. I would figure they'd have to be rated to "hold" during a highway impact or rollover.
