Could not agree more. With the limited time I have to fish when my work schedule is heavy, I have found that I can find productive spots on almost any tide based on my logs. Yes there are tides I would rather fish, but some times you fish when you can. As far as "best" (I word I hate), there are so many things that you need to take into account that you could not pick one. What is better in spring, my not be true in the fall. One spot may shine on the high incoming, but not if the wind is a certain direction. ETC.
