When the stripers get there from where ever they are coming from they'll go to the first dam no matter what the river is doing. The fish that are there right now will spread out in the river no matter what the river is doing. And as EB has pointed out, the food source that they all crave will move up no matter what. Actually especially in a flood as it makes for good cover wink.gif
