J Barbosa
Crushed muscles, crushed clams (not legal to harvest in all states/places or sometimes you need a license) Dry catfood will work too. My dad works at a bakery and we always have lots of bread so I use bread most of the time. (*member formerly known as 'JohnB.')
Henry Fishinger
I put out minnow traps several times last summer for perch, also got sunnies but no minnows. I used cat food and once a can of tuna fish, dont tell my wife ok

dillonthebassboy
ive had a minnow buisness since i was ten i used to go and get mussels at low tide and crush them up id also usle blue claw crabs and the shells from a local all you could eat crab house.....also in freshwater or brackish water i would sink a bag of 50lb dog food and put wholes in it b4 bass tournaments to attract the bait fish to it which in the long run would attract the bass then go back and pick up the plastic bag that would still stay sunk so no litering would occur
