How to remove anti-reverse cage on Cabo 40?

I have my cabo 40 spinning reel apart for its yearly cleaning and I can't seem to get the Anti-reverse cage off. I took the screws out and it seems fixed in place. Any suggestions? Should I just degrease then re-oil and forget about it? Also, any suggestions on the best method to take off the rotor/bail mechanism....those little C-clips hold in the bail arm in place are tough!

Mitch,

just give the 'cage' a little help it'll come off. for the c-clamps i use my small flat head screwdriver, if u put in the space between the clamp and the center rod give it a twist. It should pop it off for u.
