I believe they frown upon "cross posting"

 

 

Making a post to draw attention to another post in another forum or site.

It can be done but it has to be done in the correct manner.

 

For example:

 

"I have Mickey Mantle and Laurence Taylor autographed items up on the BST and a few people have asked if I can prove they're authentic.

 

How do I go about doing that?"

 

Legitimate question that you really should have answered on that post.

 

Something like 90% of all MM autos are fake so without proof of authenticity you might have a hard time selling it.

 

I'll even toss in an answer biggrin.gif

 

There are two ways to do it.

 

One - if it's from Steiner Sports. If it is it'll have a holographic sticker, You'll have to show that.

 

Two - Send it in to one of the grading/authenticating places and have it looked at.

 

A certificate or sticker from some no name shop somewhere isn't worth the paper it's on
