Dude!

Did you take those?

They are incredible. Osprey's are my totem and I have never seen photos even close to those. Each one was better than the prior. I love how they are not even looking at the fish as they hit them.

I am just really very very impressed. I dont want to cause trouble, but is that stuff available commercially? I want some.

My god those are amazing. I can't imagine what must have been involve in getting those shots. Alot looked like similar birds. with familiar backrounds. Did you shoot these near your home waters?? The double fisted shots must have been one in a trillion and to get the angle and the timing, and all of it in perfect focus.

Whoever the photographer, KUDOS. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible!

I want to be an osprey in my next life. They live at the beach, mate for life, spend summers together and winters apart. And the male's job is to go out and fish all day while the female stays back, cleans the house and feeds the kidswink.gif

those are just amazing pics! i really love those birds & love watching them hunt... er ... fish. watch how they take a fish ( say, an adult bunker or small bluefish) & hold 'em , one claw in front of the other, so that the fish is heading straight into the wind as they fly them back to the nest. it's like they have aerodynamics info plugged into their DNA. awesome!
