Why GE sucks

Yea, seems like everyone should be contacting them through this for assistance...I did not get it any other way.

 

However, they did come and replace the front gasket and showed me that the tub was clear and could be looked through with a light to see if anything was building up or growing on it. Could not easily access the pump area though. No odor so far since the gasket was replaced even though we could see no growth or smell any odor on the gasket before he took it away. Obviously GE had again been in contact with the company doing the repair since the guy was especially pleasant and went way out of his way to go over everything he could and took extra time to show me many things about the washer I could check myself. Way opposite the first visit.

 

Gotta give GE credit for their effort once this post was made, just wish it had not come to that...
