I was recently informed that marine biologists have shown that bass locate prey by sound and pressure. They apparently have similar sensors on the tops of their heads that act like the lateral lines along thier sides. This allows them to triangulate and feel movement in 3D, as well as having multiple ear canals allowing them to hear in 3D, thought this was very interesting

Yea I read about that in a book that I got from the library.

I also read that the bass has a color prefence as well.

From the book.. it shows that lures( Plugs) in the colors Sliver and Black have the highest strikes come pare to anyother colors... ( black, purple, blue, green, white, yellow, orange and red.)

It was instresting. Still reading the book. It was publish in 2002.
