I picked up a new toy the week before Somerset. It is a electric dubbing machine.I hope this link is ok it goes to hatches and is not commercial, I just want you guys to see what it does:

The guy who created the machine was at the somerset show and spent a hour with my wife and myself demonstrating the machine.( Tell your wife it's craft's)The dubbing brushes made for Nymphs are fantastic. The video shows a maribou brush for a tube fly. Drew also showed us how to spin deer hair for flys, this machine is really cool. Not necessary and will never pay for itself but it is really cool.

I seen that dubbing machine a couple of years ago, but then they didn't have the tray to lay the dubbing out on. If you where a commercial tyer I can see a need for that type of device. But for the recreational tyer like me I get by with a dubbingloop and a twirlercwm12.gif ! It is a smart inovation and easy to replicate.
