If you're fishing off piers you wont need a liscence I beleive. It usually cost a couple bucks to enter and no lisc. required. You can release fish anywhere, it aint against the law!!!!

I think most guys have bridge/pier nets for raising/lowering thier catch.

Dont know about rentals??

If you are not a resident of Florida, you will need a license. Unless, you are fishing a headboat or some other vessel for hire. I think they have a short term license available.

The closet one to you is "Inlet Harbor fishing pier" here is some info

6am - 4pm Mon-Fri

6am - 12 noon Sat & Sun

Closed sometimes for Banquets, please call ahead.

$3 for Adults

$2 for Children 10 and under

$5 for pole rental

(386)767-5705

You also have "Sunglow fishing pier" just north of you not that far

$6 fishing

$5.25 pole rental all day

(386)756-4219

and further north of you there is the "Main street pier"

(386)238-1212

call them to make sure about prices and also ask them what time they close and open the pier.

You can "google earth or live map" them to see how close they are too you

They all have web sites, so go and check them out....

I would bring a rod and reel if you can.....because you also have the ponce inlet jetty and

they have a walk way on top of the rocks that allows you

to fish....good luck beers.gif
