I have been fishing this one lake by the Ft.Laud airport for the past year. the last couple of months the fish have seemed to get smaller and less bites. I don't see people fishing there often so I find it hard to belive it is getting fished out. But what else can it be? I also have been trying canals and other lakes around and I am not getting that many bites. I using soft plastic worms all colors and flutes best bite on watermelon seed. Any sugestions?

it means when the male makes a nest and the females comes and lay her eggs.

they are bedding.....the male will stay with the eggs and protect them till they hatch.

You can spot a nest because it looks like clean round circle around the shore line...you might be see the bass.

Google it and you will get a load of info..beers.gif

Weather has a lot to do with it. I have gorillas in my back yard but the bite has shut down. We need a couple of weeks of warm weather. if you are from up north, fish them the same way as you would up there. go to the spot on your water that warms first.

Psssst , don't tell anyone but a jerkbait might just do the trick.smile.gif
