eddy
If Bush can create terrorists in the Middle East, then Obama can create racists here in the United States. Or is it the people who voted for Obama that created the racists since it was their votes that got him elected. "Ok, Eddy you were right" - minivin5 "Oddly enough, Eddy is right fairly often"- TimS "Eddy is correct" - TomT "Say what you will about Eh-ddy but he actually does know a few things." - The Commish
Arno
All that anyone needs to do is listen to some of his supporters, and you'll see who the majority of racists are. I'm guessing they outnumber the racists that voted against him by at least 2 to 1. ______________________

John Purser
When a Black man is credited with "creating racists" by getting elected then he didn't create them. They just uncovered themselves. Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity over humanity, nothing exceeds most of the criticisms made on the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed. - Herman Melville
Robert Williams
Exactly, John. And Bush didn't create terrorists. They just uncovered themselves by streaming into Iraq to fight.

Robert Williams
I know that Bush really should have put on his 007 outfit and gone out and investigated this himself, but he was pretty busy at the time and had to rely on the best information he could get, which at the time was from the CIA. So, you're right. It's apples and oranges. Patrick could have done some research. Bush did do his research. That the best information he had turned out to be questionable, if not completely wrong, is a different matter.
robertyb
Racist?? Is Obama not a white man with a ****** in the woodpile? Why do you see him as black? And why did it blank me out? The word is used freely everyday by blacks. Thus this is RACIST. "If you voted for Obama in '08 to prove you're not a racist,Then vote for someone else in 2012 to prove you're not an idiot." saltydawg
He will create racists by trying to deny freedom of speech for those who dislike blacks...hateful as it is, racist discourse is as protected as any other. It will be interesting to see what he does to he Constitution to try to silent the haters. -
Potomacduck
The only people who become racists are those who have listened to the ugly voice deep inside and given full vent to their anger. We all can choose to respond positively or negatively. I'll choose the positive. .....And for those who want to believe that Bush "created" terrorists in the middle east. The same applies. John Purser
Wow. I think we've hit a new high water mark in the world of reality disassociation and denial. Glad that at least some of you are willing to come out and say that racism is bad. Congratulations on joining America circa 1969. Keep working on it. Humanity and America have come a long way since then so you've got a lot of catching up to do but you've made a big start! For those of you who don't believe George Bush has created terrorists I think that qualifies as a flat denial of the last 7 years of history. If you can ignore that there's little chance of me writing anything that will suddenly cause you to become aware so I won't try. You might want to be aware that you've officially entered the tinfoil hat, earth is only 6,000 years old, area 51, Loch Ness Monster hunter, Elvis is still alive state of American consciousness. Have fun but you might want to keep such views to yourself during job interviews, medical exams, and other sensitive situations. For some of the other notions expressed here, well, words fail me. Perhaps professional help is called for but honestly I'm not sure which profession would be best suited to offering aid and comfort in this situation. For those of you who don't believe George Bush has created terrorists I think that qualifies as a flat denial of the last 7 years of history. Seems to me that these two sentences seem to go hand in hand...And I suppose George Bush created 9/11? Yeah, well right, Purser....glad you believe it, just don't expect anyone else to... If you really want to get some insight into racism....maybe some people would call it "reverse racism", this Obama site is damn scary...when you consider just how people can see him from the black side....this is indeed your Messiah persona, and it is indeed racist from the black perspective! http://my.barackobama.com/page/commu...log/truthfirst
John Purser
maybe some people would call it "reverse racism" Those people would of course be functionally illiterate as well has having a big problem with projection and possibly a few other reality deficit disorders. He's black. He's going to be president. Get over it.
