Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., also said she's crafting a bill that would make a federal crime of selling tickets to the historic event Jan. 20. "These tickets are given for free to people. This is a major civic event of the time, and no one pays for their tickets, and we believe no one should be required to pay for their tickets," Feinstein said in an interview.right. our taxes don't go to the cost of inaugurations. I wonder if it will be a federal crime to sell them after January 20th. 50 years from now, you put them up on ebay (if it's still around) and sell them. You get a knock on the door saying you're going to jail for it.
