flysnplugs
Another fisherman I was talking with in the parking lot this AM showed me a plastic that was slug-go like, was about 12" long had lots of cuts in the body and he said was reinforced with mono or nylon to prevent it from falling apart when chewed by bluefish. He told me the name of them but I forgot. Anyone know what the heck I'm describing? Thanx FnP

robertc
Tufcore by netters inc sounds like the lue your talking about but the biggest they make is a 10" eel,or it could be a hogy which uses a inner mono quick rig system. flysnplugs
DAQ that's what it is a "Spine Eel from Fish On Lures" robertc, I am going to also look at the "Tufcore Series" Does anyone have any experience with either of these lures? Thank you all for the help. rfc
Jnski
Sounds like a Spine Eel. Never tried them. I did get a few samples of the Tuff Core series lures from a local tackle shop to try. First cast had a bluefish chop it in half. They work, but the yellow eyed demons will cut up any plastic.
