Lol nice reply. I grew up not eating much fish except Fish N Chips. So I never really like seafood. Since I met my wife her family loves anything from the ocean so they really opened my eyes. I have since learned to like most seafood I try.

I do eat my catch.

I will keep a Bass if it is over 32" and my family will eat the catch. That said I did toss back keepers this year.

Blue fish... Don't like the taste. It is tolerable but I don't love it. I have tried many cooking methods but still don't "love" the taste all that much. I have not tried smoked Blue yet but will give that a shot at some time in the future. I talked with a fellow on the beach this past Saturday who told me that the secret to a good piece of Bluefish is making sure that there is not a speck of red meat left after cleaning. I'll give Blue another chance.

I would like to try Tog but am addicted to surf casting. I hear that Blackfish is one of the best tasting catches.

So, I guess I eat my catch.

Didn't like to eat fish til I found people who knew how to cook it without killing it. Same for venison and egg plant and zucchini. People ask what I like to eat - the answer is that I like to eat well - not necessarily fancy but tasty. Had some smoked walleye last week that was pure gourmet - "finds" like that make my day.

"Certain" usually means being dead wrong- at the top of your lungs. Jeff Cooper
