Pink Floyd was/ is the greatest band in the History of Music, hands- down in my humble opinion! (Jimi & Rush got close... ) But there simply is NO such thing as Pink Floyd without Roger Waters! (as much as I love David & the others... even Syd!). All the Post- Roger "Floyd" songs were laughably bad-- the two David Gilmour solo Albums (1st one esp.) were way better! Want to see the most amazing live Concert film ever? "Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii"... (do yourself a favor & find it! Dunker, this was a common trip for me and my buddies back in the day.
