Hoards of "brown shirts" spying on eachother and denouncing their neighbors for any suspicion of dissent. This generally comes about the same time as major gun-grabs, and historically these gangs of thugs will use their position of "power" to just rape, rob, and generally pillage the citizens who will be to cowered by the fear of being denounced to protest, and disarmed and unable to defend themselves and their families. No its not kinda already there...Iraq is Iraq....he was talking about in the USA, a "civilian national security force that exceeds the funding of the US military." I mean, after 9/11, weren't we told by officials to stay alert and report suspicious things? Telling civilians to call the authorities is different than FUNDING a civilian security force.
