Thumb-Burner
ok, i got in a hurry.. tried to finish up some plugs for a trip coming up and when i put on the clear coat (devcon) i got it all over the screw eyes. these are small plugs and it was just hard not to do it.. how do i get the epoxy out of the screw eyes so i can put hooks on these babies. trying to find a way without making a mess or tearing up the plug.. they are only about 3.5 " long. i'm assuming as usual, someone here will have a simple idea that will work great. yes charleston, i know i shouldn't get in a hurry.. If you give a man a fish, he will eat for a day. But, if you teach a man to fish, he will spend all his money on fishing tackle and won't be able to afford to eat! scoot35
Can you drill through with a small bit? Or maybe keep scraping at it with a razor.

Jig Man
Take your split ring pliers and pop the epoxy out with them. Do them from one side, and then the other. Jigman
