I agree, bush was in office for 9 months before 9-11, yet was able to pin it on Clinton, I doubt the right wingers will take the blame for anything that happens 9 seconds after Obama is sworn in, so wherever bottom is, I hope it hits it BEFORE then. Particularly not if the democrats aggressively pursue a fraction of their plans to "fix" things. Still.... I'm not pulling my money from stocks in the 401K. I guess I was looking at it from a myopic view, I'm not looking to sell anything any time soon, so if the bottom comes today, tomorrow or three months from now it has no bearing on me, beyond who gets to point fingers, that was a bit selfish of me I guess, but I think we are on a roller coaster ride for a while now. with the big gains and big losses we have been seeing.
