Important:

You're getting this letter in connection with new directions issued by U.S. Treasury Department. The directions concern U.S. Federal Wire online payments.

On November 3, 2008 a large-scaled phishing attack started and has been still lasting. A great number of banks and credit unions is affected by this attack and quantity of illegal wire transfers has reached an extremely high level.

U.S. Treasury Department, Federal Reserve and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in common worked out a complex of immediate actions for the highest possible reduction of fraudulent operations. We regret to inform you that definite restrictions will be applied to all Federal Wire transfers from November 4 till November 14.

Here you can get more detailed information regarding the affected banks and U.S. Treasury Department restrictions:

Show someone how to catch striped bass and they'll be ready to fish anywhere.
Show someone where to go striped bass fishing and you'll have a desperate report chaser with loose lips.

Shouldn't you be off stocking leeway in the online store??? Or Fixter needlefish? cwm12.gif

First I have to go through a gazillion emails and PMs - then I can look for some leeway for the online store - as to the Fixter needlefish, there aren't any unless you count the few I got stashed away for personal consumption?

I can wait -- I have my own stash of Fixters. Those and the small Choopy's have been productive lately. (I may need more Choopy's for my kids to use) cwm12.gif

View PostI dunno Tim, it sounds legit to me. BTW a Nigerian businessman friend of mine wants to make a large credit card purchase at the online store. I can personally vouch for Mr. Helen Jenkins.

I wonder if Helen know Barrister Ogumbe? I got the same e-mail from him headscratch.gif

You do realize that it's been decriminalized where you live for over 30 years now. It costs less than a speeding ticket there, too. They can't even jail your ass if you don't pay the fine--which they CAN do for a speeding ticket wink.gif

I still don't understand why these dimwits don't hire someone who can at least speak English.

Doesn't anyone take pride in their work anymore? headscratch.gif
